Quality policy & quality Assurance
We aim to provide students with quality training and development, to continually upgrade and enhance ourselves to current innovation and techniques. We will also aim to utilize the latest products and technology to aid students during training, and to keep up with local and international trends and innovation.
Quality Assurance
Quality is the responsibility of the PEO to ensure the effectiveness of choices made to achieve the objectives. Soh Hair Academy has implemented a Service Guarantee and Quality Policy, displayed in the Academy.
1. Management |
- Abide by the terms stated in the student contract
- To keep negative feedback of the Trainer to not more than 4 per course, and not more than 2 per Module.
- To review this Policy periodically for its continual suitability.

| 2. Student / Teaching Staff |
- Students are our main focus. They set the standards for Quality and Service. Our Students define the quality we are expected to deliver.
- Allocation of brand new hairstyling equipment package for every enrolled student (refer to materials claim form)
- Extra-curricular activities at the cost of Soh Hair Academy are provided in order to broaden market and product knowledge of the students. (e.g. informational seminars held by Wella and L’Oreal)
- The teaching staff are all certified by relevant government bodies, such as ITE
- Maintaining a Teacher to Student ratio of not more than 1:13

| 3. Workplace and Safety |
- Observe the basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices in the academy. The Academy is strict to ensure these standards are practiced for the welfare of studying students in the workplace.
- The Academy has complied with the Fire Safety Act and is certified by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (Fire Safety and Shelter Department)
