Soh Hair Academy has implemented a set of service guarantees that spell out our commitment to prompt student services to you, our valued student.
Guarantee 1
Soh Hair Academy values good teaching and assessment practice and is committed to providing an effective learning environment for its students.
Guarantee 2
The School also makes reasonable accommodation for student diversity and varied learning styles.
Guarantee 3
Soh Hair Academy will also provide fair, critical, helpful and timely feedback on assessment.
Guarantee 4
Ensuring student access to teaching staff. Modes of contacts are displayed and easily accessible to the students.
Guarantee 5
Providing clearly outlined mechanisms for appeal against decisions. Soh Hair Academy will decide on a course of action to resolve a complaint and communicate it to the Student within 5 working days. Soh Hair Academy will communicate the complaint’s resolution to the Student within 10 working days. The School will attempt to resolve any complaints within a maximum of 21 days upon receipt of complaint. Please refer to the Refund Policy (Section: Resolution of Grievances). |
